I lost my support account logindata

Please make sure you have your password backuped and safe stored and add also a security question to make sure you can restore your password yourself.

We also recommend to use 2Factor auth.

We do not restore any support account passwords, if you lost access there is nothing we can do for you. This also means you lost access to your services with us.

This is a security mechanism to make sure accounts wont be taken over by third party.
